Machine/Asset Tracking
The machine/asset tracking portion of MachTrak is extremely powerful. Hundreds of pieces of data are logically stored in the database and easy to retrieve and view. Here is a quick "run down" of the type of data captured within the MachTrak system:

Maintenance Schedules
One of the most important aspects of TPM are accurate and automatic scheduled maintenance tasks. MachTrak has one of the best Maintenance Schedule/Integrated Work Order systems found anywhere. Some of the baseline functions are listed below:

• Organized by Department/Cell or Machine or Scheduled dates
• Full "Wizard" controls for producing upcoming maintenance requests
• Create unlimited work orders
• Tracks tools and materials required, time for completion, detailed notes on the process
• Usage-Based controls for cycles, meter readings, mileage, etc.

Machine Planning Graph
This is a very unique and powerful view into the current status and expected downtime of all equipment, displayed by time, class,department or machine. It is an "at a glance" look at where you are now and what downtimes are expected in the comping period (week, month, year).

Reporting
Machtrack contains extensive reporting controls. There are over 50 report combinations that can be derived from the reporting system. In additon, the SQL-Based version of MachTrak contains a complete Ad-Hoc query system included in the base package that allows you to create literally thousands of reports with ease. Our "MQS" system is extremely easy to use, store and retrieve data from.
