Kate now passes the Estimating form to Kim in Order processing. Kim looks at the forms and starts entering them into Blind maker Order Processing. All Kim does is click on Process New Order. The Order number and date comes up automatically. Kim enters the Estimating number from the Estimating Sheet. All relevant details relating to that order are passed from the Estimating Form into the Order Processing form. The only decision Kim has to make is whether the blinds can be made by the fitting date provided.
Kim now only has to copy the details from Joes Estimating sheet into the Blind Maker appropriate module. For Verticals Kim enters the details below which are in a new innovative spreadsheet format to enable rapid data entry.
